We are excited to be hosting our first in-person event of the year at the Carolina Country Club in Raleigh. We will be serving dinner and will have a Cellist accompanying our dinner with music, along with a choice of alcoholic beverages. Please let us know your entrée dish when you RSVP. Deadline to register is March 4th.
You are encouraged to bring a friend or two. Please let us know their choice of dinner option as well

- Chilean Sea Bass with tomato basil butter and artichoke relish

- Beef Tenderloin and Crab Cake Combination Plate with chardonnay citrus sauce and red wine mushroom sauce

Hors d'oeuvres
- Country ham biscuits with brown sugar butter
- Boursin cheese puffs
Salad
- Mixed greens with roasted pears, dried apricots, candied pecans, mustard herb dressing and goat cheese
Dessert
- Caramel pecan ice cream sandwiched between two crisp and chewy macarons, with salted caramel sauce
